Glow in the Dark Foods and Gummy Worms!   Food Science with the  Food Science Grad Student Assoc. of Rutgers University.

Come see & experience the fun of Food Science!  Did you know that certain foods can glow under UV lights?  They contain special chemical compounds that are now being researched to provide measurement of food quality and safety.  Check it out and also have the chance to make gummy worms! Organic Chemistry Modeling and Circuit Design with Rutgers University Science, Mathematics & Engineering Outreach

Learn about organic chemistry by buiding 3-dimensional organic models using Orgo Modeling Kits.  See how they differ from their 2-dimensional "drawn" counterparts. Learn about circuit analysis.
